This is the second time I’ve chosen Wilton’s Seafood Restaurant for my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent—large, fresh oysters, one of the best Wellington beef dishes I’ve ever had, and an unforgettable fish pie. The service and atmosphere perfectly complement this historic restaurant, which has been around for over 280 years. Thank you for such a lovely birthday dinner at Wilton’s!

This restaurant makes me feel like a true madam. The staff, cuisine, and ambiance create a perfect harmony, with dishes served at just the right moments to match the flow of conversation. The lobster bisque is exceptional; I was captivated by it the first time I visited. Recently, I enjoyed the oyster master course, which was wonderful. Not only did I savor delicious oysters, but I also gained fascinating insights into their history and tasting techniques. I plan to make another reservation soon. My favorite bread and butter pudding is always delightful, and I hope the restaurant continues to maintain its exquisite flavors.

An excellent, high-end, traditional British restaurant, dating from 1742. Every dish I had (asparagus with hollandaise, gravid lox, and beef Wellington) was outstanding. The service was perfect, professional without being stuffy, and the atmosphere made dining there a pleasure.

Visited Wiltons with dear friends while visiting London, they wanted me to see a classic London seafood restaurant. The restaurant had that old classy feel and the atmosphere and the service were lovely. The food was divine; I had the sole meuniere and it was perfection, the wine selection was top notch, the dessert was delicious. Really lovely place to have dinner.

Came here for a business lunch, and grateful that I'd been the one to choose. It had been a while since I'd been to Wiltons and so glad we came. My fellow diners - one English, two American, were similarly thrilled. This place just oozed old-world charm, but it has never been stuffy or dull, and having been 'polished up' a little in recent years, it's better than ever. The starters are probably the best of any restaurant I know. Dover sole was perfectly grilled and served and an absolute treat. Quiet enough to enjoy conversation and service that is both effective and discreet. Note to self - don't leave it so long next time - Wiltons has reclaimed its spot as one of my very favourite restaurants in London. Superb.
